Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities on tkbt

To register and maintain an active account on tkbt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. The minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable under any circumstance.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform, whether by self-exclusion, regulatory directive, or administrative decision by tkbt.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only on the tkbt Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or using shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration data is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. tkbt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact tkbt support immediately.

tkbt may decline a registration application or close an existing account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the Company reasonably suspects fraud, identity misrepresentation, or a violation of these Terms.

tkbt operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in accordance with its commitment to responsible gaming, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering standards. All users are required to complete identity verification before withdrawing funds from the Platform.

The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: National ID card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence bearing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document showing your current residential address, issued within the last three months.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (BDT). There is no maximum deposit limit for standard verified accounts, although tkbt may apply transaction limits for risk management purposes. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your tkbt account instantly upon confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two business hours to reflect, depending on the sending institution. tkbt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network outages, or banking system maintenance.

All deposits are made in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkbt does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by a third-party payment provider are solely the responsibility of the depositing player.

tkbt does not charge a fee for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are advised to review your payment provider's fee schedule before initiating a deposit.

Players may request withdrawal of available funds (i.e., real-money balance excluding any locked bonus funds) at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. All withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification before funds are released.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from tkbt.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkbt, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliated companies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, revenue, or profits resulting from a technical fault, server outage, or connectivity interruption.
• Loss or corruption of data stored in your account.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any action or omission of a third-party game provider that affects game availability, RTP, or outcome integrity.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

tkbt makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, tkbt's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tkbt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, to the extent such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

tkbt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where the Company reasonably suspects or determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false or fraudulent information at any point.
• The player is engaging in or facilitating prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• The player's account activity presents an unacceptable financial, legal, or reputational risk to tkbt.
• A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency has directed tkbt to restrict the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any pending bets or active game rounds will be settled according to normal rules. Withdrawal requests placed prior to suspension may be held pending the outcome of the investigation.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, tkbt reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for operational or compliance reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the verified account balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may voluntarily close their account at any time by submitting a written request to [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms will be conducted on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against tkbt to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section shall prevent tkbt from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where it determines that immediate legal action is necessary to prevent irreparable harm, protect intellectual property, or enforce anti-fraud measures.
